Individual Volunteer Opportunities

ARISE at the Farm offers the following volunteer opportunities:

Sign Up to Volunteer

1) Download and complete an ARISE at the Farm volunteer application (PDF format - 158 KB)! Please note that all volunteers must be at least 14 years old. Volunteer application forms should be sent to ARISE at the Farm, ATTN: Kate O'Connor, 1972 New Boston Road, Chittenango, NY 13037.

2) Sign up for a Volunteer Training/Information session. Check the event calendar to find the next training session.

EQUUS Champion Volunteers

Any volunteer who logs more than 24 hours of service at ARISE at the Farm for 2012 is considered a Champion! The Equus Foundation will award up to $5,000 in grants to select equine organizations whose volunteers attain CHAMPION status.

After you've signed out for the day, please take a few moments to log your hours. Log your hours at the EQUUS Carrots 4 Cause website.

Still a student? All Equus CHAMPIONS with a GPA of 3.0 or higher are eligible to apply for a $1,000 educational scholarship. This scholarship is available for high school, college, and graduate students.
